Earlier this afternoon Met Eireann issued a status orange warning for the whole of the country from 5.00am tomorrow morning. The approaching storm will also be accompanied by prolonged periods of heavy rain. After consideration and in the interest of health and safety, the CCFL Committee has decided to postpone tomorrows full programme of fixtures. While this is disappointing news for everyone, the decision has been made early in the best interests of players, managers and officials who had intended to travel the various games across our region.
