Combined Counties Football League Schedule of Standard Fees; valid for 2020/2021 season

  1. First team entry – € 300
  2. 2nd team entry – € 250
  3. 3rd team entry – € 200
  4. Youth team entry – € 175
  5. Women’s team entry – € 200
  6. New team entry – €500
  7. Returning team (where last season of entry was fully complete i.e., all fixtures complete and account clear)
    €350 + clear account
  8. Returning team entry (where team has resigned during any previous season of entry and account in arrears)
    €500 + clear account
  9. Player registration fee – € 9.00/player (including the €2.00/player levy due to FAI for FAI.net registration)
  10. Levied registration fee – (any player signing from a defunct team owing monies to the league) € 50
  11. Team entry after 1st July – team entry fee + € 100 for subsequent team (except Youths/Women’s)
  12. Team entry after 1st August – team entry fee + € 200 for subsequent team (except Youths/Women’s)
  13. Player transfer – € 30 (includes registration fee)
  14. Player re-grades – € 25
  15. Player re-grades and transfer – €55
  16. Player search as per league rule – €25

  17. Breach of code of conduct – Disciplinary Decision + appropriate fine
  18. Clubs failing to attend Management Meeting – € 50.00 Fine
  19. Clubs failing to attend Annual General Meeting – €100.00 Fine
  20. Four yellow cards – €25.00 Fine + One match suspension
  21. Eight yellow cards – €35.00 Fine+ Two match suspension
  22. Any sending off – €35.00 minimum Fine +suspension subject to disciplinary
  23. Failure to fulfil fixture – €100.00 Fine & Award points (with adequate notice)
  24. Failure to fulfil fixture – €200.00 Fine & Award points (without adequate notice)
  25. Failure to inform opposing team not to travel to game due to unplayable pitch (subject to referee’s report) –
    appropriate fine + Disciplinary Decision
  26. Failure to attend Disciplinary hearing when requested – €50.00 minimum fine
  27. Incomplete or incorrectly completed match card – €25.00 Fine
  28. Unsatisfactory Pitch Markings, Goal Posts, Corner Flags, Nets etc – €25.00 for each offence
  29. Incomplete team strip- shorts, shin guards, jerseys, socks – €50.00 minimum fine
  30. Non-payment of Referee fee – €50.00 minimum fine + Referees Fee
  31. Team responsible for late kick off – €25.00 minimum fine + Disciplinary Decision
  32. Team responsible for match abandonment – €100.00 minimum fine + Disciplinary Decision
  33. Unsatisfactory precautions for safety of Players: Match Officials: Spectators – €100.00 min. fine + Disciplinary Decision
  34. Ineligible Player(s) – €50.00 minimum fine + Disciplinary Decision
  35. Ineligible Player(s) for both teams – €50.00 minimum fine + Disciplinary Decision
  36. Foul and abusive language to match Official(s) – €35.00 minimum fine + Disciplinary Decision
  37. Failure of home team to supply ground as per league rules – Committee Decision
  38. Irreparable damage to Official’s equipment – €50.00 fine + cost of replacing equipment
  39. Appeal to L.F.A. / F.A.I. – Consult L.F.A / F.A.I. rules
  40. Failure to release players for League representative teams – Executive Decision
  41. A team withdrawal during the course of a season – €400 (Senior) €200 (Women’s /Youths)
