Dear Affiliate,
I would like to invite you to attend the first meeting for the New Midlands
Region as per the FAI Women’s Strategic Plan 2015-2018.
Date: 2nd December 2015
Time: 7pm

As you are aware the New Women’s Strategic Plan has split the country in to
8 regions. These 8 regions will now need a new Regional Committee to oversee
the development of football within their own region.
The regional committee will then report in to the National Women’s Committee
of which, the chairperson of each regional committee will sit.
The meeting will concentrate on the following:
1. Where we are now?
2. Current v New Structure
3. Importance of selecting key committee members
4. Roles & Responsibilities’ of committee
5. Supports & resources
6. What’s next
7. Key Message
