After being invited to trial out for the CCFL Interleague Squad Darragh McHugh of Newbridge Town made the most of his opportunity by banging in 3 goals in 2 friendly matches against the Kildare & Carlow Schoolboys District Leagues.

McHugh recently returned to the beautiful game from Gaelic football and has cemented his place in a lethal Newbridge Town U18 frontline as they continue to lead the way in the CCFL Youths League.

He now joins a 22 man squad as they attempt to play their way into the competition against the AUL at Clonshaugh on Saturday.
