It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Oliver Ward earlier Friday (08/05/2020). From the inception of the league back in 2005 Oliver was one of the most supportive sponsors that our league has been privileged to work with over the years. Oliver loved our game and as well as supporting our league, Oliver was a legendary figure with Bohemian FC (see below link to Bohemian FC website and obituary from the club to Oliver). His passion and enthusiasm for the game was unique in many ways and Oliver will be continued to be remembered as he has been since the start of the league in the playing of the Oliver Ward Division 3 Cup. The league would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Vivienne, Michael, Monica and Melanie, and to all his family and many friends.
